I noticed that you and Richard are blogging about the same topic at the minute.  Not sure if you have seen his stuff but might be worth colaborating on something as you are both making good points.

Also, in my opinion the most important thing is to get someone who really knows what they are doing involved.  That person can advise on most of the other things but there are so many people around at the minute who have BizTalk on their CV but really done understand it.</description>
